Ducking, diving and throwing have been on full display during our Years 4 and 6 PE sessions so far this year. Agility and accuracy have been key focuses and we have been using targets to practise aiming the ball at different heights and throwing the ball at different speeds. The children have then put their new accuracy to the test in amazing, competitive games of dodgeball. We will be competing in dodgeball tournaments this term, and we can’t wait to use these new skills to bring home some more trophies for the cabinet at the front of school!
