As part of the PSHE curriculum, our Year 6 class has been chosen to participate in Newcastle City Council’s Junior Wardens programme.  Over the course of the term, the children will take part in a range of activities (visit to Safetyworks, visits from Your Homes Newcastle & Enviroschools and a trek around the local area) which will deepen their understanding of how they can    protect their local community.  The programme will finish with a poster competition and the winner will receive a prize of Metro Centre vouchers!
