What a week it has been for Year 6!  The photos above show them enjoying the post-SATs tradition of playing with the toys on the KS1 yard.  All of their hard work over the year (and since nursery!) has led to this week when they get to show how much progress they have made by completing their SATs in   reading, grammar, spelling and maths (arithmetic & reasoning). Mrs Stuart, Mr Kidger, Mr Brown, Miss Dockey and the whole staff team are so proud of their hard work and commitment throughout this school year. They are a credit to our school and deserve every success in the future. SATs are a small part of their life here at Throckley and only show their abilities in two core subjects. We continue to be proud of what they demonstrate every day across the curriculum, and of the way they support and care for their peers and friends. Thank you to Y6 parents for all of your  support!
