Speak a New Language Club exchanges Christmas Cards with a school in France.

Last term our Speak a New Language Club introduced themselves to a school in France by sending a Christmas card that they had made.  They wrote the card in French and English and they each         included a little card with information about the things that they like to do.  The children in France also introduced themselves by sending cards to Throckley and the photographs above show our children reading the messages that were sent to them in French and English.  Miss King, who speaks several languages, runs this club and she has an exciting project planned for the Spring Term.  The children in the club will be designing a booklet about their school to send to the children in France!
