On Thursday 13^th December, the Throckley Primary School choir performed in the Grainger Market and Costa Coffee, Market Street, singing Christmas carols and spreading Christmas cheer around Newcastle.  The ten girls from years 4-6 were happy to be performing in front of an audience for the first time since joining choir club in September. They even sang outside Costa, right across from the Theatre Royal!  Costa were very kind and provided all the girls with hot chocolate and flakes to warm back up after a day of Christmas caroling.

On Monday 17th December, the full choir of children from years 1 - 6 brought Christmas cheer to the Throckley community with performances at our local Sainsbury’s  and for the residents at Rosewood Villa.
