British Values and Democracy at Throckley Primary

The whole school has participated in an election to choose the Head Girl and Boy for 2019/20.  The candidates each gave a speech in front of the children then voted in their classes.  After the speeches Mrs   Stuart invited the candidates back to her office to tell them how proud she is to have such articulate and confident children in her school.  The winners are as follows:  Head Boy - Lee, Head Girl - Isla, Deputy Head Boy - Finlay, Deputy Head Girl - Neve, School Council - Jack and Abgail.  The school council members from the other year groups will be reported in the newsletter next week.
