In ICT this week, Year 1 has learned about the importance of asking for help from an adult when using the internet. They listened to the story of Smartie the Penguin and answered questions throughout the story to help Smartie make the decisions about keeping safe whilst online. The children learned a a simple safety song, ‘before you click, click, click, you need to think, think, think and tell someone’ - ask your child to sing it to you! They also designed a poster about how to stay safe online.
