Over the last couple of weeks, Years 3-6 have been taking part in the ‘Virtual School Games   Pentathlon’ with each pupil recording a personal best in five events (Standing Long Jump, Speed Bounce, Shuttle Run, Vertical Jump and Chest Push). The scores of the Throckley Primary children will be entered into a national database and will give us the opportunity to compete with other schools during these challenging times. The national virtual competition aims to connect young people across the country in a common goal. The children have recorded some amazing personal bests in all of the events and Mr Elliott is very proud of how they have represented Throckley Primary in this unique event.
