Last summer the children in Y2, Y4 and Y6 took part in the Active Lives Survey. We are pleased with the results, particularly for PE. 100% of children in the Y2 class and 95% of the children in Y4 & Y6 reported that they enjoyed taking part in the two hours of PE that lessons that they have each week. The children also report that they enjoy participating in the wide variety of sports that are available to play on the yard at break times and during lunch and after school clubs. We will be offering 13 different breakfast, lunch and after school sports clubs in the Spring Term for children in years 1 - 6, so even more children will be able to find a sporting activity that they enjoy. The photographs below are showing the children enjoying PE lessons in Gymnastics, Outdoor Adventure Activities and Netball along with a spooky haunted house obstacle course.
